Strangely this is what made the game detect my controller when nothing else wouldĪlso I dont know if other controllers have a guide button like the xbox but if they do that is the button you need to use. Start Dark souls remastered and your controller should now be detected by the game (You might have to use the magnify feature in game once, xbox button + button you mapped magnify to) Hold down the xbox button in the middle of your controller and press whatever button you mapped to make sure its working (it should magnify your screen). The button should now say toggle magnifier.Ĥ. click on one of your controller buttons (I used right bumper) and set it to use magnify (the magnifying glass icon).
